The Fortus Group’s main focus is commercial real estate. Our unique risk analysis on a project-by-project basis has been a large part of our success in the commercial real estate market. Our focus is derived from anticipated outlooks in various product types and working with top affiliates in each field to assure the best possible rate for success. Our ability to time market conditions has proven very successful for The Fortus Group.

Over the past several years we have concentrated heavily on Assisted Living/Dementia Care facilities, multi-family properties, and single-tenant opportunities with long-term leases from highly qualified and profitable companies.  We continue to expand our reach into new product types that meet our expectations for risk, community support and economic feasibility.  In 2010 alone, The Fortus Group’s pipeline of projects exceeded $80 million.
