The Fortus Group and its affiliates have been investing in and developing commercial real estate for almost 40 years. Through related entities, The Fortus Group has also provided venture capital and management services to various operating businesses, along with direct ownership/control of select businesses.

Throughout the years, The Fortus Group has continued to diversify its investment assets and activities. Instead of focusing on one particular class of assets which can strain a company as business cycles change, we have been able to deliver consistent and profitable results through product types that fit the current market conditions. With substantial expertise and experience in office, industrial, retail, apartments, assisted living/memory care, and land holdings, we are confident in our ability to perform above industry standards. Our historical portfolio comprises over 2,500 acres, 4,500 units, 5 million sq ft, and is approaching $1 billion in total volume.
