Chad Glassburn - President

Chad A. Glassburn, CCIM is the President and Partner in The Fortus Group. Mr. Glassburn’s responsibilities include the oversight of the daily operations, investor relations, approval on acquisition and site selections, and strategic planning to assure continued growth and success. Mr. Glassburn resides in Indianapolis, Indiana, with his main office in downtown Indianapolis. Prior to his role with The Fortus Group, he spent 8 years in commercial real estate lending with a top 10 national banking institution. Mr. Glassburn has expertise in diverse commercial real estate, including multi-family, retail, office, medical office, industrial, residential, hotel, condo, and assisted living/skilled-care homes. He has managed commercial real estate portfolios in excess of $250 million, was a recipient of multiple top sales/performance awards for his work and contributions, and has been involved in over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Glassburn holds a B.A. from Indiana University in Finance, with a minor in Economics, has been happily married since July of 2001, and is the proud father of a son that was born in July of 2005. Mr. Glassburn is a member of United Way of Central Indiana’s Tocqueville Society, and has held multiple committee and board positions with various non-for-profit organizations.
